The Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University is seeking an Assistant Director, DBA Program Marketing & Communications. HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL DO Marketing Strategy, CRM, Recruitment Strategy and Execution: * Manage application journey and communications, provide new ideas for applicant and new student touchpoints to improve applicant conversions* * Plan, promote, and execute in-person and virtual information sessions and present ideas for improved prospective applicant events and touchpoints * Conduct data-driven research to gauge the effectiveness of marketing activities and make necessary revisions and tactical corrections * Manage and maintain CRM (Slate), including creating nurturing email campaigns, applicant email campaigns, inquiry forms for landing pages, event registration forms, building inquiry, and applicant queries * Collaborate and meet with Graduate Admissions to maintain best practices for CRM and continuously update communications and applications to GSU and USG standards * Direct RCB Agency of Record on development and implementation of successful digital marketing strategies, plans, and budgets and meet with agency weekly or monthly to manage and track progress * Provide ROI of marketing efforts in relation to application numbers and event attendance * Create benchmark dashboards for the DBA Program to track the effectiveness of recruitment and marketing strategies throughout the year * Facilitate off-campus recruitment opportunities for the DBA program. * Salesforce training and usage to open new marketing channels, i.e., Robinson alumni. * Create a nurturing process for applicants* * Make improvements to applicant interview process, reserve new conference room* * NovoEd course account creation and course creation, ongoing management* * Train with Graduate Admissions on Slate configurable joins and create reports using configurable joins and PowerBI* Media Planning, Social Media, Website: * Create, develop, and update collateral materials that both effectively market the DBA Program and complement and promote Robinson and GSU marketing efforts * Maintain and update the DBA website * Present opportunities to Program for out-of-home, radio, and print advertisements in and outside of Atlanta * Operate social media accounts and news section of website with current student/alumni, faculty, and program news while maintaining RCB and GSU branding and language * Manage and execute digital marketing strategies, including search engine optimization and keywords, ad and landing page creation and updating, and managing geographical and demographic targeting Robinson College of Business Marketing & Brand Coordination: * Collaborate with RCB OMC on promotional, news, and alumni storytelling opportunities * Collaborate with OMC, Public Relations, and GSU Central PR about student news and storytelling opportunities Student Services: * Supports Associate Director * Manage the execution of networking events throughout the year for students and alumni, including selecting vendors and execution of vendor contracts with the Business Manager * Manage the execution of orientation and graduation, including selecting vendors and the execution of vendor contracts with the Business Manager * Promote annual participation in EDBAC's (Executive DBA Council) EMS Conference and workshops * Assist with administration and preparation of monthly residencies, including Saturday classes, coordination of catering vendors, and professor needs * Assist with student affairs and administration on a daily basis * Assist Associate Director with management of graduate research assistants * Manage interdepartmental projects between DBA program, Buckhead Center Administration, and Executive Programs' Business Manager * Open DBA Swag Store for students and alumni twice a year and manage delivery of orders* * Create printed and digital branded materials for residency information and schedules* * Create branded dissertation defense announcement for Associate Director to amplify the dissertation defense process* Center for Engaged Business Research (CEBR): * Create and maintain a database of research associates * Organize quarterly workshops, seminars, and other events * Create and maintain the CEBR website with the membership registration process, research news, and calendar of workshops * Promote CEBR membership to third-year students and disseminate information about Center activities to DBA alumni and students * Collaborate with RCB OMC to promote research associate news and publications and ensure visibility of the Center across RCB and GSU research * center listings and alumni research news * Promote annual donations* Alumni Relations: * Plan annual alumni networking events * Create marketing and administrative processes to engage and satisfy alumni and their requests, including maintenance of an alumni database, updating contact information, processing applicant referrals, promoting alumni news and publications through RCB OMC, and connecting alumni with current students to promote lasting program engagement * Collaborate with Executive DBA Council to increase the visibility of the DBA degree and GSU's DBA program * Activate alumni for recruitment activities. * Help create and support the newly formed DBA Alumni Leadership Board. * Speakers' Corner management: creation of database, maintenance, promotion, website design* Program Operations: * Create the program's nonpersonal budget and manage throughout the year, coordinate with team members, Robinson accountants, and Robinson Associate Dean of Finance. * Create and maintain the invoicing process for the team. Train team members in the new invoice submission process, create checks and balances with team members and the budget, and oversee the process throughout the year. * Leverage new productivity technology and software, such as shared calendar and Salesforce database.
