Location: This role may be mobile or home based, which means you may work either at a home office or in a Key facility on a hybrid basis to perform your job duties, in the United Stated on a full-time basis.

Job Summary

A Commercial Servicing Learning Experience Designer plays a key role Commercial Onboarding Servicing COS) in creating, implementing, and managing effective learning experiences that drive learner engagement and meet organizational goals. The position involves collaborating with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and other roles to create innovative, learner-centered programs for the COS organization using various delivery methods, such as virtual and in-person instruction, performance support resources, videos etc. This role partners to define key skills, competencies, and pathways to create engaging and outcome-driven learning experiences that will impact the organizations strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Curriculum Design and Development:
    • Lead the design and development of instructional materials and learning experiences that support both COS organizational objectives and learner needs.
    • Develop curricula, learning paths, and content that incorporate best practices in pedagogy and instructional design methodologies.
    • Ensure that learning objectives are clear, measurable, and aligned with business goals.
  • Learning Experience Creation:
    • Design engaging, interactive, and effective learning solutions across different formats.
    • Utilize various performance-based instructional strategies
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and key stakeholders to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and alignment with organizational goals.
    • Act as a trusted consultant to COS business leaders, providing recommendations on learning strategies and interventions.
  • Project Management:
    • Lead multiple learning projects from concept through implementation, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
    • Manage end-to-end project life cycle, including needs analysis, design, development, delivery, and evaluation.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Apply adult learning theories and methodologies to enhance learner engagement and retention.
    • Gather and analyze feedback, learner data, and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of learning programs and identify areas for improvement.
    • Stay current with emerging trends in instructional design, learning technologies, and workforce development.
  • Training Delivery and Communicating impact:
    • Deliver or partner with delivery team for training sessions on content.
    • Communicate impact across various departments
  • Managing Risk:
    • Adheres to internal policies, laws and regulations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Graduate degree in related field of study (i.e., Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development)
  • 1-3 years Experience in instructional design, job enablement or similar relevant experience
  • Industry Expertise: Strong knowledge of Instructional design principles and adult learning theories or similar relevant experience
  • Technology Proficiency: Experience with and editing tools (ie: Camtasia, Audacity, Canva, Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Excellent project management & Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage difficult situations, and maintain strong relationships.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present recommendations and collaborate horizontally across internal teams (operations, onboarding, servicing, finance, legal, compliance) and external partners
  • Risk Management: Familiarity with risk management practices in regulated industries, ensuring compliance and adherence to regulatory standards, preferred in a high risk environment
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Requirements

  • 5 Moments of Need Designer Certification
  • Experience in Financial Services, Banking or Payments industry, (i.e. a regulated industry) or similar relevant experience

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $68,000.00 to $85,000.00 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
