Contracts Analyst

Almac Group is currently seeking a Contract Analyst for our Souderton, PA location. The Contract Analyst position involves the development, support and oversight of study-specific change orders.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:


  • Management of all study related contract documents

    • Generation and processing of all Almac study-specific change order documents; coordinating with Sr. Contracts Analyst as appropriate
    • Ensure all systems changes are covered by an approved change order prior to "Go Live" including a commitment for payment
    • Obtain and manage all purchase orders for projects where clients require purchase orders
    • Maintain and manage remaining value on purchase orders and open contracts generating amendments to extend as necessary


  • Responsible for tracking and ensuring the execution of all change orders for active studies.

    • Ensure that the contracts and CCF databases and all related files are accurate and updated.
    • Daily management and updating of CCF Database
    • Maintaining and tracking of all client contract standards


  • Supporting Business Development

    • Work with Proposals team to facilitate the change control process and required Contract Amendments
    • Manage creation of information required and track all standard contracting KPI's





Qualifications:
Required Experience / Education:


  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 2 years in sales-support or customer service role
  • All MS Office based packages (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint)


Preferred Experience / Education:


  • Bachelor's degree (Business, Finance and/or Life Sciences)
  • 1-3 years of sales and marketing or clinical research experience
  • Experience in the preparation of proposals and/or relevant related experience/qualifications.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce
