Job Title: IAM Project Manager

Location: Chicago, IL (Wednesday; other 2 days are flexible)


Duration: 12 Months

Overview:

This project(s) involves the implementation of Identity and Access Management application enhancements. The PM will work with a fairly sizable project team made up of application team members, offshore team members, and business partners. This opportunity is in our Security engineering and Development group. Past experience working with Security Technology teams is a huge plus.

Job Description:

Candidate must have demonstrated success leading large scale projects with extensive experience coordinating activities in a global environment and the ability to quickly establish rapport with a variety of stakeholders at various levels within the organization. Must have proven ability to define and agree scope, plans, and strategy for complex initiatives with a variety of stakeholders and manage projects within a given budget. Must have a proven track record of success working in a fast-paced environment with challenging deadlines and competing priorities, ability to effectively run meetings and set agendas, and track performance against agreed upon commitments.

Other responsibilities include client management relationship, leadership and management of the project typically delivering results through others, setting the technical and business direction for the group, effective allocation and use of resources throughout the project, establishing team environment, coordinating and facilitating Executive Steering group meetings and project Working Group meetings.

Must be highly proficient with MS Office, MS Project, SharePoint and Visio; have experience working with various project management (Azure Dev Ops - ADO preferred), Clarity PPM project management and forecasting tool, and software development methodologies; have excellent verbal / written communication and organizational skills; must be proactive and willing to initiate action; solution oriented and results driven.

Experience Required:

  • Experience managing complex infrastructure projects with involvement from multiple groups
  • Experience working on Information Security or Data Protection/IAM/PAM Security projects a plus
  • Experience working in a Security Technology business unit a plus
  • Has good conceptual understanding of User Credential Onboarding, Authentication and Authorization in platforms (e.g. Active Directory, LDAP, Databases, Mainframe).
  • Experience in developing complex project plans within Microsoft Project.
  • Candidate must have proven ability to be self-directed with excellent leadership skills to identify gaps, remove impediments, and escalate transparently risks and issues with projects to enable success for the project team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills is a must
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills a must



Nice to Have:

  • Experience with CyberArk Privilege Access Manager would be a plus.
  • Experience working in ADO and Clarity PPM a plus
  • PMP or CPM certification is a plus, but not required
