POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior Director, Client Strategy will provide strategic guidance for the Client Services organization, shaping and executing client-specific business development strategies. This role encompasses designing effective growth plans, conducting data analysis and evaluation, developing operational deployment strategies, and defining success metrics and financial projections. Leading a team of strategic and business-minded professionals, the Senior Director will drive specialty pharmacy growth initiatives across client sites, both individually and collectively. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this seasoned advisor will be a key member of the senior leadership team and a trusted thought partner, championing our core values of collaboration, optimism, and curiosity. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in specialty pharmacy and healthcare with demonstrated success driving continuous improvement and creative growth. Cross-functional collaboration will be essential for success with our team members and clients. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:

MBA or other advanced degree preferred. RPh or PharmD preferred CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED: N/A EXPERIENCE: At least ten (10) years progressive leadership experience in pharmacy and healthcare organizations. Experience must include leadership role (at least 5 years) and reflect significant history in navigating complex solutions and creating executable pharmacy and 340B growth strategies.
