What you'll own

Ability to learn, understand and perform the process independently by leveraging his/her experience, knowledge and creativity to the process efficiently and effectively. Lead in Oracle Fusion Financials projects involving configuration, implementation, testing and user training. Analyze, design, configure and test Oracle Financials enhancements to support business processes.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Should be able to independently analyze business requirement and provide appropriate Tax solution for entities across the world (Americas, EMEA, APAC and LATAM).

  • Collaborate with System Integrator in designing, configuring and testing the Tax solution along with deployment and support.

  • Should be able to independently lead sessions with business users for Requirement Gathering, provide Issue/Defect resolution, provide updates in weekly/daily calls etc.

  • Preparing the OUM documents for new setup configurations, enhancement requests, defects, conversion activities etc.

  • Perform assigned Setup Configuration, data loads, migration/conversion activities as per the work allocation.

  • Should be able to manage business escalations in a diplomatic manner and provide accurate solutions / suggest work arounds that can be performed within the given SLA.

  • Perform BA activities for newly assigned change requests, do thorough analysis and provide timely solution.

  • Leading the team for timely deliveries of the assigned tasks, handling issues faced by the team and maintain good team atmosphere.

  • Providing production support for issues faced by business users during routine business, month close activities, migration/conversion post Go-Live, post Production Go-Live etc.

  • Preparing monthly/quarterly reports and analysis as per the Management requirements.

  • Providing trainings to the internal team and business users.

What you bring

  • 7+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Tax (Required for current position): Oracle Fusion Tax, US/Canada location-based tax, EMEA VAT, APAC/LATAM Tax, Oracle Integration with OneSource.

  • Experience in at least 3 to 4 End to End Oracle Cloud implementation cycles.

  • Experience in 3 to 4 Upgrade/Migration projects.

Other:

  • Experience in Projects Costing, AP and AR will have added advantage.

  • Expert level experience in Tax Configurations, Solution Design, Troubleshooting Issues/Defects and handling SR with oracle support in a client facing role.

  • Expert level experience in requirement gathering, fit gap analysis, CRP, SIT, UAT, OUM documentation, User Manuals, Process Notes and End User Training to business users and internal teams.

  • Bachelors in Accounting/Finance or Computer Science; Post-graduation/MBA in Finance will be preferred.

  • Oracle Certification in any of the Oracle Financial Modules will have added advantage.

The pay range for this full-time position is $123,810.00 - $207,980.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
