• Estimated annual base pay: $122,000.00(minimum) - $152,500.00(midpoint) - $183,000.00(maximum)

Are you ready to make your mark? If you're a Global Operations Training Manager, we have an exciting opportunity for you. The Aerospace Operations Training Manager is the person who owns the overall operations training strategy for the Aerospace business segment. This leader is responsible for partnering with corporate Learning and Development, local business unit leaders, and site training managers across the six Aerospace sites to drive a consistent approach to operations training. The Aerospace Training Manager ensures the training strategy aligns with business goals, supports compliance requirements, builds standardized processes, and assesses training effectiveness. This person can sit at one of our campuses in Rockford-IL, Niles-IL, or Fort Collins-CO.

What You Will Be Doing

• Leads a matrixed team of operational training leaders across various sites to expand and promote innovative training programs to drive business results
• Provides training metrics to the Leadership team and improves programs using feedback and current learning trends.
• Manages content systems for production training programs identifying best practices and promoting standardization.

What We Are Looking For

• US Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Science; Education, Business or related field
• Superior project management skills with the ability to direct matrixed teams
• Training curriculum development or instructional design experience
• Proficiency with MS Office and Learning Management Systems
