Join Our Team! Staffmark is hiring a Remote Customer Service Representative in Ontario, CA. If you're looking to make a positive impact while working with a supportive and efficient team, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Pay: $15/hr

Shift: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM or 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM EST

Responsibilities:



  • Handle inbound and outbound calls.
  • Communicate with customers via live chat or email.
  • Follow up with customers to resolve order issues.
  • Place, track, and close orders through an order management system.



Qualifications:



  • 1+ years of recent call center experience.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to navigate various software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
  • High-speed internet connection.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
