Reporting to the Senior Manager, IT, Corporate Services & Modern Workplace, the Senior Solutions Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing our Microsoft 365 (M365) and Power Platform solutions. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, analyze requirements, and deliver innovative solutions that drive productivity and collaboration across the organization.

What you will do:



  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and business value case for M365 and Power Platform solutions.
  • Analyze business processes and design solutions that leverage M365 and Power Platform capabilities to meet business needs.
  • Work with IT and managed service teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions that meet business needs.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to ensure effective adoption of M365 and Power Platform solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization within the Modern Workplace environment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction with delivered solutions.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for solutions, including requirements, design specifications, estimations, and user guides.
  • Maintain a product backlog by developing user stories that are ready for development; and provide clarifications to development teams.
  • Ensure solutions comply with organizational policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with testing and validate solutions before release to ensure they meet business needs.
  • Challenge the value of delivering solutions where the business case is not strong enough.



What you will bring:



  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on M365 and Power Platform solutions.
  • Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) technologies.
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks like Scrum, Azure Devops, and the ability to work within sprint cycles to prioritize and deliver requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience managing projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate or Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert are a plus.



Compensation & Benefits:

Salary Range $95,700 - $177,800/annually.This range is estimated forSr Solution Analyst, IT, Enterprise Applicationsin Loveland, CO. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan and long-term incentive plan, consistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay out of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee.
