Dynamic Ratings is a leading provider of advanced asset monitoring solutions for large power equipment, dedicated to ensuring the reliability and efficiency of critical infrastructure. Our innovative technology empowers utilities and industrial facilities to proactively manage their assets, minimize downtime, and optimize performance. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Product Management and Marketing to lead new customer acquisitions and new marketing programs.

As the Marketing leader, you will be a key revenue and profit driver for the Company, responsible for identifying new growth products and areas. Then, driving and converting traffic to build brand awareness and profitable business through the Company's websites and supporting direct and representative-driven B2B (Sales) efforts.

Responsibilities


  • Key Initiative Growth Recommendation and Execution - As Dynamic Ratings' primary go-to-market marketing leader, this Director will develop specific project recommendations, budgets, performance goals, ROI objectives, operational plans, KPIs, and results tracking to drive new revenue and profit growth opportunities for the business. This Marketing leader will seek 360-degree input on these plans to ensure alignment with Sales, Product Development, and other key functions. Use relevant market data, customer research, customer insights, direct customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to identify new opportunities in the market.


  • New Product Roadmap -The Director of Marketing will be responsible for developing the new product value at stake, feasibility, and resources required for inputs and overall business case recommendations to the senior leadership team. The Director will continue to develop and test the optimal contact strategy and technical content by using industry vertical and business challenges to determine "the right message to the right customer at the right time" to be delivered at scale. They will continue to evolve and enhance the impact of targeted email, site, and customer communications to all buying committee members beyond the design engineers, including maintenance scheduling, safety, and finance.


  • Existing and New Verticals Lead Generation & Acquisition - Profitably expand and drive Dynamic Ratings' customer acquisition funnel and optimize the effectiveness of the overall mix. In particular, drive share of market growth in the Data Centers, Renewable Energy Transmission, and Mining Industrial Segments. This work may include creating new content and communications through microsites, new landing pages, and the ongoing trafficking of digital assets to drive profitable customer acquisition and deliver against aggressive revenue and EBITDA goals across the Company's expanding product portfolio. Tactics will include a full range of standard, interactive Marketing tools: Display, Retargeting, SEO/SEM, Social (critical), Web Video, Email (critical), and Mobile. This work must be closely coordinated with internal teams so the approach and messaging are integrated and consistent.



  • Analytics & Attribution - Collaborating closely with other Dynamic Ratings colleagues, work to improve the go-to-market business case quality, forecasting, enhance ROI, and assess new business opportunities for the Company. Develop a keen understanding of all customer data sources and leverage Analytics and Insights to optimize how data is used to inform the overall Digital Marketing strategy and tactical efforts.


  • Annual Operating Budget - Based on Dynamic Ratings' annual financial targets and customer KPIs, the marketing leader will work across the team to develop a marketing plan and budget to deliver on those objectives. The Director will engage with the GM and the CFO to review the prior month's marketing spending and results, necessary alterations to forecasts and budgets (direct and indirect spend), personnel, and outside vendors.



Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, MBA preferred, ideally with an emphasis in Marketing .
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management and marketing.
  • Proven management experience with a track record of strategic planning, ability to get results, and excellent leadership skills.
