Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work remotely with our client in Atlanta, GA. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • You will be accountable for supporting our weekly payroll process.
  • The role includes working with our existing payroll team, reviewing data input and output, validating data, and helping to ensure processes are managed for a successful payroll run.
  • Individuals will be part of our existing payroll team, assisting with manual data entries into our payroll system.
  • Resolution of complex time and pay-related issues.
  • Maintain proper manual data entry with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Responsible for processing personnel time data changes for the organization accurately and timely.
  • Overall data quality, integrity, and consistency.
  • Working within existing payroll processes and procedures.
  • Track/control issues, recommend corrective action, and provide a status report.
  • Collaborate to update, simplify, or enhance processes and procedures.
  • Involved in test plans for payroll systems or upgrades impacting HR Shared Services.
  • Monitor attendance/call volume daily and make forecasted and real-time adjustments to scheduled assignments.
  • Planning, coordinating, and executing payroll initiatives.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $20/hr.

Hours: 40 hours/week.

Length: Temp (4 Months).

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll administration, time, and workforce management-related HR processes.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Workday and Dayforce experience.
  • Individuals must be detail-oriented and knowledgeable on payroll processes and procedures.
  • Technology know-how using HRIT Systems, Workday, and Dayforce.
  • Customer service focus.
  • Teamwork and Interpersonal skills.
  • Effective communication.
  • Good attention to detail and high diligence.

Additional Information:

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
