Description What The Role Is To audit all Conventional loan closing documents executed by Borrower(s) for accuracy, and to ensure all BancorpSouth and FNMA/Investor requirements have been met. How You will Make an Impact Audit each loan closing file based on product type Review documents for correct information, signature, and date. Make entries in mortgage systems, Encompass and Netrax Who You Are Requires focus and attention to detail, as well as the ability to check figures and calculated totals. Exceptional customer service skills are required.
