What The Role Is

To audit all Conventional loan closing documents executed by Borrower(s) for accuracy, and to ensure all BancorpSouth and FNMA/Investor requirements have been met.

How You will Make an Impact



  • Audit each loan closing file based on product type
  • Review documents for correct information, signature, and date.
  • Make entries in mortgage systems, Encompass and Netrax



Who You Are



  • Requires focus and attention to detail, as well as the ability to check figures and calculated totals. Exceptional customer service skills are required.
  • High School diploma
  • 2 years clerical or mortgage experience
  • Regular and reliable attendance
  • Works cooperatively with others
