What The Role Is

The Imaging Specialist will receive mortgage loan closing packages, and complete the digital file associated with that loan. The employee will index digital packages and scan and index paper packages. The employee will work with closing agents to ensure that packages are received in a timely manner and have the required documents.

How You will Make an Impact



  • Monitor, Receive, Scan and index all loan closing packages
  • Work with closing agents to ensure packages are received in a timely manner and have required documents.
  • Work with Post Closing and Secondary to deliver the documents to each in the manner of their choosing.


Who You Are

Education



  • High School Dimploma.



Experience



  • Knowledge of loan documentation, Encompass, NetTrax and OnBase desired but not required.


Characteristics



  • Regular and reliable attendance, as well as a strong work ethic.
  • Works cooperatively with others and able to work well independently.
