Busser and Runner L'Atelier - MGM Grand

THE JOB:

As a Busser and Runner, you'll be the face of exceptional hospitality, delivering WOW-worthy experiences with your friendly demeanor and top-notch service. By attentively understanding and anticipating guests' unique preferences, you'll create moments of joy and delight that make every visit unforgettable and leave a lasting impression long after they've left the restaurant.

THE STARTING RATE: $14.3127 hourly, plus tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Work in conjunction with Food Servers to ensure that outstanding guest service is constantly achieved

• Polish flatware and set up tables with appropriate silverware, glassware, linen, condiments, and accessories

• Clean and sanitize tables and chairs

• Remove dirty dishes, debris, and linens from table and bring to the kitchen for proper washing

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Work varied on call shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Prior experience as a Food Runner or Food Server, preferably in a high-volume or pool setting

• Strong customer service background, with the ability to create personalized experiences and address guest needs promptly and professionally.

• Familiarity with the dynamics of working in a luxury resort or casino environment
