Your Role on the Team Applying professional human resources, as well as organization policies and procedures, provides guidance to divisional staff, students, supervisors and managers in response to general inquiries and to resolve a variety of human resources issues of moderate scope and complexity. Responsible for administering HR operational support functions for staff, students, and leaders across the Division of Finance and Administration (DFA), including public safety positions at UCI Health locations. Provides analytical information, tracking, and reports to DFA HR and divisional leaders. Coordinates with centralized Human Resources and Payroll colleagues regarding interpretation, process, compliance and implementation of policies, inquiries, documentation, and in performing a wide variety of HR system transactions. Serves as lead on recruitment, onboarding and offboarding transactions and processes, and assists with both cyclical and ad-hoc activities related to employment, compensation, performance management systems, employee engagement, and various HR initiatives, in addition to effectively maintaining organizational records, charts, and employee files in compliance with policies, practices, and labor regulations.
