Responsible for providing, designing, developing, testing, implementing and ongoing maintenance of new and existing software applications. This role also provides training and support to end users. Essential Functions Reviews system requirements and business processes; tests, debugs and implements software solutions. -Develops and executes test plans and performs other software quality assurance tasks. -Trains end users on the operation of software applications. Develops end user documentation. -Provides ongoing support of the software applications by identifying and resolving issues. -Runs reports, updates tables and performs other tasks associated with the ongoing operation of the software environment. -Participates in regular team meetings to discuss team activities, issues and updates. Education Bachelor's Degree, Information Systems preferred Experience in the development, support or operation of software applications 2-3 years required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Exceptional Verbal and Written communication skills. - Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical staff. - Demonstrated analytic and problem-solving skills. - Ability to learn quickly. - Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and other popular office productivity solutions. M-F Eastern Business Hours required Hybrid onsite Flexible working model required weekly includes onsite in office (number of days weekly can vary, must be flexible for business needs) 1-3 onsite days per week Remote working days require stable, secure, quiet, compliant working station Mass General Brigham Incorporated is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
