SUMMARY: The Business Intelligence Coordinator will support the Business Intelligence Manager in meeting the department's data and analytics needs. This role will be responsible for compiling, analyzing and visualizing data to generate meaningful insights that drive business decisions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain, assess, and improve existing reports to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Create dashboards and automated reports related to app usage, audience engagement and other key metrics.
- Aggregate and format data from multiple sources for reporting and analysis.
- Produce post-match reports and insights for senior leadership.
- Ad hoc reporting as necessary.
- Special projects and assignments as business dictates.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors Degree in relevant field
- 1-2 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with SQL, PowerBI and/or Looker is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task are required
- Self-motivated with a detail-oriented and results-driven mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
