Job Title: Agentic Integration Engineer
Location(s): Richmond, VA
Responsibilities:
- Deep expertise integrating Agentic UI with GenAI platforms.
- Implement security measures to protect agentic systems from vulnerabilities and threats, ensuring secure operation into Azure DevOps pipelines.
- Develop and maintain automated build, test and deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps pipelines.
- Design and manage secure Azure infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Azure Resource Manager Template.
- Implement access control measures to ensure that only authorized users can access data science platforms and data.
- Define and enforce security policies and standards across Azure environments.
- Assist in the maintenance and implementation of VDOT's Azure Cloud environment.
- Provide guidance on best practices with Azure offerings.
- Work with developers, solution architects, system architects, project managers, DBAs, management, and other engineers to utilize Azure offerings in an efficient, secure, and optimized fashion.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of Azure cloud services (Compute, Storage, Networking, security etc.).
- Expertise in Azure ML Pipelines, MS Entra Single Sign On/Azure AD SAML 2 IDP Integration, Entra Managed Identities, Microsoft Purview, Azure Information Protection, Azure Monitor, Azure Key Vault.
- Familiarity with security best practices and common vulnerabilities.
- Knowledge of IaC tools like Terraform or ARM templates.
- Understanding of software development methodologies.
- Integrate AI models with existing systems and applications using APIs.
- Deploy AI models into production environments and continuously monitor performance metrics.
- Familiarity with Cloud computing skills.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks.
- Expertise in integrating with AI agent frameworks.
- Critical thinking and Problem-solving abilities.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation.
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing with internal and external customers.
- Ability to develop, interpret and apply policies and procedures in an IT environment.
- Experience with Department of Transportation Data Domains developing an AI Composite Agentic Solution designed to identify and analyze data models, connect & correlate information to validate hypotheses, forecast, predict and recommend potential strategies and conduct What-if analysis.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, AI, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent certifications/experience.
