Genesis10 is currently seeking a Technology Business Systems Consultant with our client in the financial Industry located in Charlotte, NC, Minneapolis, MN, Chandler, AZ and Dallas, TX. This is a 12+ month contract position. Responsibilities: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Technology Business Systems Consulting Review and analyze complex challenges requiring deep evaluation of multiple factors Identify and contribute to the resolution of multi-faceted situations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures Collaborate strategically with client personnel and stakeholders Manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Facilitate meetings, lead discussions, and present recommendations Execute control processes to ensure compliance and risk management Required Qualifications: 5+ years of Business Systems Data or Business Systems Design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, consulting, training, military experience, education Experience managing multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency Experience working with application teams in Technology Strong attention to detail with control execution experience Audit experience Strong meeting facilitation skills, comfortable with presenting and leading discussions Pay Range: $52-62 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
