Position Title: Correspondent Loan Processor 1 Reviews and validates manual loan registration requests and will interact with secondary marketing to confirm rate lock requests. Monitors and reviews loan pricing or product discrepancies. Reviews all files in process for 30-day activity status and places follow up phone calls and e-mails pipeline inventory reports to the correspondent lender to determine status. Obtains any expired document updates. Assists in requesting and receiving missing loan documentation such as flood certifications, hazard policies with correct endorsements or condo questionnaires. Informs underwriters that documents are received and places file back in underwriting queue. Works closely with the correspondent lending managers in client services disseminating information including rate sheets, marketing material and lender application packages to potential and newly created client base. Assists in monitoring TPO client performance through reporting mechanisms. Assist in creating score cards on all correspondent purchase loans. Provides and assists in a smooth customer transition from the originating lender to F.N.B. Corporation. Functions as an internal representative to provide excellent customer service to TPO clients fielding a variety of customer inquiries from program guidelines, pricing, loan scenario questions and procedural questions and assisting in obtaining QC performance follow up documentation. Assists Correspondent Lending Manager and Manager of Correspondent Lending Operations in faxes, e-mails, scanning loan files for quality control and providing communication to correspondent when necessary. Performs other related duties and projects as assigned. Experience with Mortgage Bot, Uni-Form and Genesis.
