Job Overview
We are currently looking for a Product Manager (architectural products) to join our team in Holland, MI. As a Product Manager for Architectural Productsyou will: Lead the evolution of architectural spaces by spearheading our innovative closed-space solutions portfolio, where you'll drive cutting-edge product development and market transformation. In this strategic role, you'll collaborate with others to develop groundbreaking solutions, while leveraging your technical expertise to deliver compelling value propositions that anticipate future workplace needs. You will manage a team of product line management professionals, providing technical guidance and support to execute the full marketing lifecycle of this product category.
Essential Functions
- Communicate product vision and provide expertise: Effectively communicate the product vision, value proposition, and competitive differentiation to internal and external stakeholders, and serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support on product line strategies and best practices.
- Drive product innovation and development: Identify and champion new product ideas, features, and enhancements that drive innovation, and develop and implement product line management programs and initiatives.
- Influence and inspire cross-functional teams: Influence and inspire cross-functional teams to execute product strategies, ensuring alignment and collaboration across departments.
- Lead a culture of inclusion and belonging, promoting member engagement, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
- Lead and manage strategic product line teams: Develop and implement the overall product line strategy, aligning it with business objectives, market opportunities, and customer needs, through managing and leading a team of product line management professionals.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance: Manage and oversee product budgets, forecasts, and profitability, making adjustments as needed to optimize financial performance, and analyze product line data to develop actionable insights.
- Manage product portfolio and projects: Manage the product portfolio for assigned categories, making strategic decisions about new product introductions, product lifecycles, pricing, and positioning in alignment with business objectives.
- Must be able to perform all essential job functions with/without accommodation.
- Stay current of industry trends and execute product launches: Continuously monitor and analyze industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy, and plan and execute product line launches, coordinating marketing campaigns and sales enablement.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree inBusiness Administration, Marketing, Design, Architecture, Engineering or similar field of study.
- 5 years experience in product line management, architecture, construction, design, product development, and/or product marketing
- 2 years supervisory experience.
- Ability to Travel up to 20% of the time.
- Ability to work in Holland, MI without relocation assistance.
- Current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in an architectural firm or related (construction, facility management).
- Experience with architectural products.
- Experience with Revit Software.
- Experience in the furniture manufacturing industry.
