Cybersecurity Senior Analyst is responsible for discovering vulnerabilities and risks in networks, software systems and data centers with ongoing vulnerability scans, monitoring network data, identity and access management, ensuring software applications are compliant. Ensures the safety of CF assets including information systems, data, and people and protects from intentional or inadvertent access or destruction. Job Description:

Major Responsibilities:

  • Develop, recommend, and coordinate information systems (IS) and cyber security policies, procedures, and systems, including access management for hardware, firmware, and software.

  • Ensure that IS and cyber security designs, plans, controls, and processes are aligned with IS standards and overall IS and cyber security.

  • Responsible for Identifying security risks and exposures, determining the causes of security violations, and suggesting procedures to halt future incidents and improve security.

  • Identify the potential impact of risks and communicates them in a manner that can be understood at both technical and executive levels.

  • Manage entitlements and the identity lifecycle, e.g. joiner, mover, leaver processes, in a large enterprise environment. Manage and troubleshoot complex identity related issues.

  • Coordinate the automation processes for provisioning, entitlement management, access reviews, alerting, and logging across multiple systems.

  • Lead improvements to processes and procedures via use of automation tools, identity management system, cross-team collaboration, or business process change.

  • Develop and implement frameworks and processes related to Role Based Access Control (RBAC) and least privilege.

Incumbent Attributes:

  • Education (reference JLA): Bachelor's degree in computer science or Cybersecurity or its equivalent in a related field is typically preferred.

  • Years of experience (reference JLA): 7+ years of experience in a technical role in the areas of Identity and Access Management may be preferred to complete all essential job functions.

  • Other unique job relevant attributes: Strong foundational knowledge in information technology, including cloud services, architecture, protocols, file systems, and Windows operating systems. Familiar with SailPoint Identity Now, Microsoft, Azure, Active Directory, Conditional Access Policy, Single Sign On Protocols, Multifactor Access technologies, Privileged Access Management (Delinea\Thycotic) and Role Based Access Control (RBAC). Preferred certification, CompTIA Security+, Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP), GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).

Position Scope/Contribution:

  • Breadth of Scope: Scope is within the Enterprise Information and Operational Technology. May work across or interact /coordinate with multiple functions.

  • Communications and Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrated ability to communicate complex and technical issues to diverse audiences, orally and in-writing, in an easily understood, authoritative, and actionable manner.

  • Complexity: Applies technical and analytical thought process to unique and novel challenges.

  • Decision Making Authority: Decisions are governed by established policies and procedures within normal job duties based on prior similar situations and precedents. Seeks guidance and decision-making from manager for exceptions.

  • Financial Accountability: Decisions made do not impact profit or loss financials.

  • Strategic Influence: Does not impact strategic and operational planning and execution.

The estimated base pay for the position is typically between $96,120 - $135,280

The actual base pay for the position may be influenced by factors such as education, training, skills, qualifications, competencies, years of experience, job-related knowledge, and scope of the role, and could be outside of the posted pay range.

In addition to base pay, an incentive program is available to all full-time employees, and a comprehensive benefits package including two medical plan options, a health savings plan with a company contribution and a match, dental and vision benefits, a well-being incentive program, 401(k) Plan which provides a protentional of receiving between 10% and 13% of employer's contribution, life and disability insurance, paid time off programs and much more!
