About This Role:

This is a 3rd-shift opportunity (10 PM - 8:30 AM) with a hybrid work schedule, giving you the flexibility to work from home while also connecting with your team in person two days a week. What You'll Be Doing:

As our Clinician Support Agent, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication between our cardiac technicians and external healthcare providers, including hospitals and clinicians. Your key responsibilities will include:



  • Acting as the key communicator via phone, email (Outlook), and Salesforce, connecting our cardiac technicians with external accounts.
  • Quickly and efficiently identifying ECG abnormalities, following physician notification protocols, and keeping healthcare professionals in the loop when necessary.
  • Following up with accounts to collect additional clinical information, such as pacemaker settings or clinician contact details.
  • Managing clinical cases using our case management system, ensuring updates are accurate and timely.
  • Verifying process notifications and ensuring reports are complete and accurate.
  • Collaborating with internal teams (like cardiac techs) and external customers (hospitals/clinicians) to ensure the best patient care.
  • Meeting or exceeding performance targets, not just in productivity but in the quality of every case you manage.
  • Maintaining HIPAA compliance and adhering to Good Clinical Practices, ensuring the highest level of patient confidentiality.
  • Tackling additional tasks as needed, staying agile in a fast-paced and evolving environment.


What We're Looking For:

We want someone who brings energy, enthusiasm, and a commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate will have:



  • An associate degree plus at least one year of customer service or call center experience, or a high school diploma with two or more years of experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Willingness to work nights, weekends, and rotating shifts-this is a critical part of supporting our global team.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting, especially with EKG interpretation, is a plus.
  • A solid understanding of medical terminology.
  • Technical proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Word.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills-clear communication is key.
  • A flexible, adaptable mindset to thrive in a growing, fast-paced environment.
  • A customer-focused approach, ensuring professionalism and empathy in every interaction.
  • Problem-solving and independent thinking-you'll need to think on your feet and use sound judgment.
  • A motivated, energetic attitude, with a strong work ethic and a drive to deliver outstanding results.
