SENIOR WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR

What you'll do.

The Senior Workforce Development Coordinator plays a key role in driving the success of programs designed for neurology medical students, residents, clerkship directors, program directors, and coordinators. This dynamic position is at the heart of workforce development, ensuring the seamless execution of educational and career growth initiatives. From coordinating logistics and managing communications to maintaining critical databases, the coordinator will be the driving force behind creating impactful experiences and supporting the development of the next generation of neurology professionals. Additionally, you'll manage prestigious awards, ensuring recognition and celebration of excellence within the field.

What we look for.

Education:

  • Associate of Arts/Vocational/Technical Degree in Business, Communications, Administrative, Technology, or related fields is required

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience working in an administrative, customer service, or clerical position is required

*Equivalent combination of education and experience beyond the minimum requirement may be substituted for qualification requirements.

Travel Requirements: Minimal travel required - approximately 5%. Ability to legally travel outside of the United States, particularly but not limited to Canada.

Location: Minneapolis, MN and is identified as hybrid (required to work in the office with the ability to work remotely part of the week)

Schedule: Occasional evenings and weekends required
