Job Overview The Colleague Advisory Specialist is a Human Resources professional position focused on matters related to Employee Relations. The Colleague Advisory Specialist provides advice and support to People Leaders in handling performance and conduct issues through AskHR or inbound calls. They conduct analysis regarding performance issues across the enterprise and target actions, programs, and processes to improve employee selection and performance. The Colleague Advisory Specialist independently investigates employee-initiated claims in partnership with Legal, Human Resource Business Partners, and People Leaders, ensuring compliance with company policies, practices, and applicable laws. They also perform other assigned duties. What You Will Do

Project and Process Management: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and details simultaneously. Strong skills in overseeing projects and processes to ensure timely and effective completion. Independent Work Ethic: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, making sound decisions and solving routine issues on your own. Collaboration Skills: Proven track record of working effectively with various work groups and stakeholders, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Coaching: Experience in guiding People Leaders to develop their management-employee relations and decision-making skills. Legal and Policy Knowledge: Thorough understanding of company policies, procedures, and legal guidelines, ensuring compliance in all actions and advice given. Technology Proficiency: Ability to learn and use new and evolving technology systems and work processes consistently. Risk Assessment: Skilled in assessing and mitigating risks associated with disciplinary actions, ensuring appropriate actions are taken. Flexibility: Exhibit flexibility in job assignments and the ability to adapt to changing roles and responsibilities as needed. Confidentiality: Ability to maintain highly confidential information, ensuring sensitive data is handled appropriately. Influencing Skills: Capability to act independently and influence outcomes by providing consistent, sound advice to all levels of the organization. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills, including maintaining accurate records and ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
