Software Program Manager, Austin, TX Summary: We're looking for a Software Program Manager to join our client's Environmental Technologies Full Material Disclosure (FMD) team. If you have experience supporting enterprise systems, take the entrepreneurial approach to problem solving, have strong leadership and communication skills, and you're comfortable coordinating a variety of complex activities interfacing with multiple tools, you could be an excellent fit. Description: The Software Program Manager on the FMD Team will utilize program management experience in collaboration with developers, system analysts and release engineers to deliver software solutions that support the environmental product compliance during the development, manufacturing, and service of our client's entire product line. Responsibilities: * Provide program management support for interdependencies across the tools in the FMD Ecosystem and external integrations * Develop dependency trackers for user stories and requirements across different tools to ensure methodical release of requirements * Assess gaps between current systems/processes and business needs * Create and maintain functionality release timelines based on the agile software development of requirements * Define program plans and providing oversight of tasks and action items * Provide inputs on test strategy for cross system user acceptance testing, supporting creating and executing test scripts for interdependencies as necessary * Develop user training materials as needed * Provide support for external projects where FMD input is required * Working knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile scrum * Collaborate with developers to deliver on user and compliance needs across multiple tools * Drive FMD cross-program development planning governance as directed Key Qualifications: * Experience as a Software Program Manager supporting enterprise systems * Strong business insight and customer focus * Innovative, collaborative, and strategic approach to problem solving * Ability to collect and summarize meeting minutes effectively * Ability to multitask and balance daily activities with larger project deadlines * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively * Capacity to track developments across multiple tools, and pertinent interdependencies Education & Experience: * BS + 10 years of relevant experience, ideally Contact the Recruiter, Kory Kiviharju, with TEKsystems directly at kkiviharju@teksystems.com.
