Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Senior Account Manager - Kitchen Equipment Maintenance.

The role will be hybrid in structure with travel with the ideal candidate based in Seattle, WA.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide a high standard of service and communication to maintain the client base.
* Manipulate data for internal business reviews and meetings.
* Perform ongoing analysis of the business portfolio by evaluating vendor, client, and sector financial performance.
* Manage internal resources to resolve field issues.
* Serve as a liaison between clients and sectors to ensure effective communication.
* Manage service suppliers and review repair quotes for accuracy.
* Review preventive maintenance reports and collaborate with on-site clients.
* Quote and order replacement kitchen equipment.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
* Preferred experience in Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of managing and coordinating multiple facilities services to ensure operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
* Bachelor's Degree OR 3-5 years of experience as a Kitchen Equipment Manager in commercial kitchen equipment service.
* Proven ability to prepare, analyze, and present complex business reviews to clients.
* Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills with a strong customer service orientation.
* Demonstrated ability to use analytical and intuitive judgment for sound decision-making.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
