Your Role With Us:Salem Hospital is seeking a dedicated Imaging Shift Lead to oversee daily operations, ensuring high-quality imaging services and efficient workflow. This role is responsible for selecting appropriate radiation exposure factors, troubleshooting equipment issues, and maintaining compliance with hospital standards. The Shift Lead will provide leadership by managing staff schedules, facilitating smooth patient flow, and mentoring team members. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential, as this position serves as a key point of contact for issue resolution. Additionally, the Imaging Shift Lead will support performance improvement initiatives and make cost-conscious decisions regarding resources and supplies.
