Are you ready to work as a Side Panel Operator on 2nd shift!!

Training requirement:1st shift for 4+ weeks and, then move to 2nd

shift.

Role Responsibilities:

• Verified and completed fully first-piece sheets for each order so proper production methods are followed
• Perform correct production methods with correct machinery to properly complete assigned operation
• Communicate effectively with team members and Team Leader to achieve high efficiency, high quality, and to ensure all questions are answered
• Ensure correct material is staged by checking material part numbers against first-piece sheet
• Inspect work of pervious operation and communicate any quality concerns
• Communicate with the next operator on the line as to whether they are receiving quality assemblies, using positive feedback and constructive criticism to increase quality and efficiency
• Complete and record all applicable paperwork
• Timely completion of ^S and TPM's
• Comply with all DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies and procedures
• Use all designated Personal Protective Equipment as required

• A combination of education and experience, generally acquired through the attainment of a high school diploma, or equivalent plus a minimum of two years of trade school or qualified work experience.
