Job Title Program Manager, Trust & Agency Services Corporate Title Vice President Location Cary, NC Overview As a Program Manager on our Trust & Agency Services team, you appreciate that not all innovation is technological - we equally value new ways to promote effective communication and trust within our teams. As a member of our Cary location, you will join a pod of developers and automation testers, following the SCRUM methodology and will be expected to immediately start contributing your thoughts and ideas. You will build a close relationship with the Business and operations teams (our end users), and oversee key vendor lead programs. You will also build a close relationship with our other teams in Cary as well as colleagues in our other locations. Expectations It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model. The salary range for this position in Cary is $125,000 to $185,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
