Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor. This position oversees a team of maintenance technicians and janitorial staff who support our Murfreesboro location. Your Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the work of employees who repair and maintain buildings/facilities Prepare work schedules, assign work and oversee work product Coordinate with outside vendors to complete higher-level work orders as needed Assist with new construction or modification of existing properties Ensure equipment is up and running, and that work orders are completed in a timely manner to support the overall production operations of the facility Prioritize work to match with the needs of the facility Your Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm You Must Have: 3-5 years experience in facilities maintenance or related area Effective communication skills over a variety of channels Organizational skills Problem-solving skills Mechanical ability We Would Also Prefer: Customer service mindset Manufacturing or production experience About Taylor Corporation One of the largest graphics communications firms in North America, Taylor's family of companies provide a diverse set of products, services and technologies addressing the toughest communication challenges.
