The Clinical Manager-Home Care - Community Division is responsible for the overall management and coordination of operational and clinical services for SJ patients receiving home care services in the assigned Division. This position oversees and leads staff providing care in homes. This position is estimated to spend 50% of the work week in the field with the team and the other 50% will encompass office-based administrative and operational responsibilities. This role has 24-hour accountability for the assigned division and serves as the vital link between the administrative strategic plan and the point of care. Supports the Agency as a change agent, oversees the throughput of the assigned Division, ensures competency and professional develop of staff to meet organizational and professional nursing standards. This is an estimate offered in good faith and a specific salary offer takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
