Description

The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to support the growth and innovation of our medical device manufacturing operations. This role will collaborate with hiring managers to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies, ensuring a seamless candidate experience while maintaining compliance with industry regulations. Responsibilities:



  • Compose appropriate job postings.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure understanding of openings and to allow for a smooth recruiting and interviewing process.
  • Actively research, identify and utilize a variety of recruitment sources, including job boards, social media, colleges, etc.
  • Monitor the ongoing status of open positions in the applicant tracking system, UKG. Ensure dispositions of candidates are properly maintained in UKG.
  • Pre-screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, select suitable candidates, administer assessment tools if necessary and submit qualified applicants to hiring managers for review and interview.
  • Coordinate and schedule manager and hiring team interviews.
  • Support hiring managers and budgeted ranges in developing new hire job offers.
  • Document candidate dispositions and ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws, including Affirmative Action.
  • Promote the company brand to candidates and external service providers.
  • Interface with all levels of management.
  • Other responsibilities, as needed.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2-4 years of experience recruiting and screening candidates. Corporate recruiting experience ideal.
  • Excellent communication, computer and analytical skills
  • Experience with an applicant tracking system. UKG experience desirable, but not required.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop creative recruiting methods, support company procedures and policies and work well with all levels of staff and management.
  • Understanding of employment law and compliance with requirements for federal contractors preferred.
  • Must be willing to work onsite at our Austin, TX location.
