Senior Project Manager (On Site)

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager to lead and manage large, complex programs primarily in communications & media domain.

The successful candidate will have over 12+ years of experience, demonstrating expertise in client customer management, program execution, and the successful delivery of entrepreneurial and maintenance programs. This role involves working closely with global teams and customers, ensuring the seamless integration and execution of IT, infrastructure, and operations programs.

Location: Nashville - TN (On Site)

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, and budgeting to ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Provide clear and consistent communication to customers, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project landmarks are met.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk management plans.
  • Use CX-Project Management methodologies to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Implement Portfolio & Project Management (PPM) standard methodologies to optimize project outcomes

Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in Project Management
  • Microsoft Project Plan(MPP)

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 4/14/2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $80K - $160K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
