LOCATION

Requires daily onsite attendance; this is not a remote work position.

Position Summary

What you'll do:

This is a paid Summer Internship Program (early June to early August).

Duties & Responsibilities

As an intern with our Client Services IT group, you'll assist with:

* Troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues for end-users.

* Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems.

* Help with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and applications.

* Monitor and manage the ticketing system to ensure all customer inquiries and issues are addressed promptly.

* Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking stock levels, orders, and deliveries.

* Collaborate with team members to improve IT services and process.

Your job responsibilities and projects will be based upon your experience and educational background to provide real life application of your classroom knowledge. You'll work closely with a mentor to ensure your developmental goals are met and that you meet your performance expectations.

  • 3rd or 4th year undergraduate student at an accredited University, pursuing a degree in IT.
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA
  • Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future.
  • No relocation or housing assistance is being offered.
