Job Summary Providing support to develop best in class processes within CS which will support optimal order management, while ultimately enhancing the customer experienceResponsibilities/Description* Provide process support to internal and external customers. Troubleshoot issues and escalate to next level (Senior CS Process Specialist/Regional CS Process Manager) as needed. * Manage shared mailbox, categorize and respond to requests from internal customers * Respond to inquiries in a timely and accurate manner * Build a strong partnership with internal and external stakeholders * Drive continuous improvement and KPI's in OTC process * Engage with CS in an ongoing basis to catalog processes within the group, highlighting any variances. Requirements * Bachelor's degree (no specific major field required) * +3 years' experience in Customer Service or Supply Chain * Knowledge of SAP OTC * Basic knowledge of business processes and procedures * Fluent business English communication skills * Effective communication skills across all levels of the organization * Project management skills * Good analytical and quantitative skills * Highly collaborative and team player * Cross cultural awareness Training / Certifications * SAP OTC training * Microsoft Office tools training (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) We are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.
