GENERAL FUNCTION The position plays a lead role in improving business and patient satisfaction while achieving financial growth. This role is responsible for identification, evaluation, development and launch of practice opportunities within our affiliated partner optometric practices. This position executes long-term strategic goals informed by thorough knowledge of the market, the solutions/services the company can provide, and the fields operational activities. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 7+ years working experience within Optical Retail 5+ years' experience in management and or leadership positions Strong ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously Ablity to see the big picture and prioritize highest business impact Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships across all functions / levels Strong oral and written communication skills Strong working knowledge of store operations Critical thinking/Analytical skills Ability to influence/negotiate Writes and presents effectively Entrepreneurial drive and analytical mindset Availability to travel up to 60% per year Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
