Come join our team! Job Overview: Compensation: $95,000-$105,000/annually. Responsibilities and Duties: * Support GM/AGM in managing hotel operations. * Collaborate with department heads to align strategies with brand service vision and goals. * Ensure operations meet brand and quality standards, prioritize guest needs, and optimize revenue. * Foster communication and relationships, especially within Food & Beverage. * Empower and train new team members on guest service procedures. * Promote team improvement through coaching and corrective actions. * Oversee Food & Beverage equipment upkeep and maintenance. * Manage Food & Beverage department administration: scheduling, recruitment, coaching, payroll, and service support. * Monitor and audit POS systems regularly. * Manage sub-departments: room service, restaurant, bar, comp services. * Develop and monitor labor schedules to ensure profitability. * Monitor sales against budget, analyze financial reports for improvement. * Support managing occupancy, rates, wages, and expenses. * Champion brand service vision and ensure alignment across hotel teams. * Collaborate with Executive Chef to maintain Front of House quality. * Address guest complaints and feedback to improve service and quality. * Act as Senior Manager on Duty when required. * Cultivate a collaborative, inclusive work environment that drives business results. * Provide leadership, guidance, and performance feedback to department heads. * Address operational challenges to improve guest satisfaction. * Implement employee engagement strategies and an open-door policy. * Administer policies consistently and fairly, ensuring adherence to SOPs/LSOPs. * Stay calm and decisive during emergencies and peak activity. * Ensure timely submission of all required reports. * Perform property inspections to identify improvement areas. * Provide indirect supervision across the hotel and act as GM/AGM when assigned. * Maintain key control and guest privacy procedures. Other Expectations: * Must work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays (typically 12pm-9pm). * Maintain a neat and well-groomed appearance. * Guest-facing role to stay aware of daily operations and areas needing support. * Must multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Specific Job Knowledge and Skills: * Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office/ POS systems. * Sensory abilities to assess product quality and detect emergencies. * Extensive experience in multi-disciplinary hospitality management. * Proven leadership skills in developing high-performing teams. * Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L statements and budgeting. * Ability to motivate and engage employees and guests. * Must obtain MAST/ServeSafe Manager certifications within 90 days of employment. Qualifications: Education: * High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education/experience a plus.
