Job Overview

As a Project Coordinator working at a client site we support a team in the execution of all Data Center operations globally. Our team is split into key functional areas that are necessary for the support of ongoing operations of customer Data Centers and our team responds to their requests for support by organizing, documenting, and executing.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Preparing, retaining, organizing, and presenting on different cross functional Data Center Programs.
  • Tracking, updating, and reporting on various procurement efforts by other teams, through custom or internal tools.
  • Craft meeting agendas with input from stakeholders and facilitate project syncs.
  • Track active deployment Projects across multiple mediums and communicate weekly status reports.
  • Lead creation in Monthly Operation Review, and Quarterly Business Review material
  • Manage creation and maintenance of intake forms
  • Managing a project intake system and prioritizing new projects while updating status on current projects.
  • Lead process creation, improvement, and documentation
  • Support onboarding and maintenance of other contracted employees and vendors.
  • Creation of newsletter, simple websites, and other communication tools.
  • Take initiative to find holes in customer operation and find creative ways to solve those problems.

What You Will Need to Succeed

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with project coordination
  • Proficiency with Google & Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of process and procedures development
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Highly organized with Cloud based file sharing and storage
  • High School diploma or GED required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Training and/or certification in team management or supervisory skills
  • JavaScript - Google / Excel Sheet Scripting nothing too advanced
  • SQL - Dashboard building
  • Ability for International and Domestic travel

Compensation

Estimated Pay Range: 32-36/hr with benefits

Exact compensation and offers of employment are dependent on circumstances of each case and will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, licenses or certifications, and location.
