Job Summary This role is pivotal in implementing and managing the Workday ERP system to enhance FHCSD foundational capability to enable the innovation and growth while streamlining the business processes in a highly regulated environment. Job Roles
- Deploy and configure the Workday ERP system tenant(s) tailored to the FHCSD's requirements.
- Close collaboration with business functions leads to enhance the platform, deploying new modules, and re-engineer processes for improved efficiency.
- Develop and implement best practices for Workday system use, including workflows, dashboards, and reporting capabilities.
- Manage user accounts, including onboarding/offboarding, and assign roles and permissions aligned with job functions.
- Integrate Workday ERP systems with existing FHCSD systems to streamline operations and improve information flow.
- Implement security protocols to safeguard sensitive healthcare data, ensure regulatory compliance, and support audit requirements.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and execute configuration changes to optimize functionality.
- Stay informed on Workday updates and recommend adoption strategies for relevant features.
- Develop and deliver training, provide ongoing support, and address user queries to ensure effective system usage.
- Maintain vendor relationships, manage contracts, and oversee renewal processes.
- Serve as a liaison between IT and business functions to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Education/Certification Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Certification(s) in Workday ERP Administration, Workday Security, and Workday Integration is preferred.
Experience/Specialist Skills (Including Language)
- 5+ years of experience working with Workday ERP (healthcare experience preferred), with hands-on expertise in configuring and managing SaaS-based ERP.
- 3+ years of experience with Workday implementation projects, either as a client or partner representative.
- Strong leadership abilities to effectively lead and motivate a cross functional team.
- Proficient in application integration frameworks relevant to application integration and data exchange between diverse systems to support end to end business processes.
- Proven ability to analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and provide innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Familiar with Cyber Security frameworks and methodology to secure applications and Systems
- Proficiency in incident and problem management processes, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base range for this position, exclusive of fringe benefits. 80,939.25 - 111,837.00
If you are hired at Family Health Centers of San Diego, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, jurisdictional requirements, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to these factors - we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is what we reasonably expect to pay for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued salary growth.
