As a Network Technical Consultant, you will work with a collaborative team developing and deploying solutions utilizing Network Technologies. You will support your clients and project teams ensuring development efforts are well documented and delivered with quality, participating in customer demos and meetings in a professional and courteous manner.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Participate on project teams to deploy solutions on Cisco, Palo Alto, Aruba, AWS and Azure.
  • Participate in development and testing activities on Cisco & Palo Alto Firewalls, Cisco ISE, Cisco ACI, SD Access, SD-WAN, DNA, wireless
  • Participate in the design of complex solutions, written deliverables, and client workshops
  • Participate in client demos and working sessions
  • Support senior team members and project leaders
  • Obtain and maintain certifications with associated qualifications
  • Contribute to scoping, planning, and methodology for critical projects;
  • Communicate with external customers involving moderately complex negotiation and explanation of deliverables to varying audience members (technical, executive)
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years' experience
  • CCNP required, CCIE preferred. Advanced Palo Alto (PCNSE, PCNSC), or Fortinet certifications a plus.
  • Mastery in at least one network related technology such as wireless architecture, complex data center network architectures, network segmentation
  • Extensive knowledge of routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, EIGRP. Overlay technologies such as VxLAN
  • Ability to communicate well with external customers of varying technological depth
  • Strong presentation, documentation, and communication skills
  • Prior consulting experience a plus
  • Self-starter
  • Able to travel of at least 25%

  • May provide data and situational analysis and in-depth evaluation of a variety of factors
  • Problem and issues are of moderate scope, are difficult and sometimes complex, and require information gathering and analysis
  • Can lead written deliverable creation within their area of expertise
  • Strong working knowledge to own components of a complex solution
  • Can clearly articulate the scope of the project and work they are tasked to perform
  • Can articulate how their work relates to the business objectives for the project
  • Proactively reach out to the project manager with concerns about project overruns
  • Identify client requests that are out of scope and escalates to the project manager or sales team

The compensation range indicated in this posting reflects the On-Target Earnings ("OTE") for this role, which includes a base salary and any applicable target bonus amount. This OTE range may vary based on the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
