Where You'll Own it:

Working 2-3 days a week in our Cincinnati Headquarters. Our sites are hubs of activity, conversation, and openness. With inspiring, stylish workspaces we want people to feel excited to come and do their best work.

Leading multi-disciplinary projects, composed of various levels to create and deploy successful programs across Worldpay.

You Will Own:

  • Leadership: Lead multi-disciplinary project and change teams at various levels to create and deploy successful programs.
  • Transformation: Manage a program of multiple inter-dependent People and Culture projects.
  • Project Oversight: Oversee all aspects of assigned programs throughout their lifecycles to ensure completion within defined scope, quality, time, and cost constraints.
  • Presentations: Deliver informational and decision-seeking presentations to groups in People & Culture and the broader organization.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive assignments with discretion.
  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate proven experience with Microsoft Project or similar tools.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years in a similar role.
  • HR Programs: Successfully delivered complex global HR programs in a fintech environment.
  • Ability to set clear expectations: manage project performance and build high morale among internal/external stakeholders.
  • Management Skills: Proven ability to manage large scale projects.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Organization: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Budget Management: Experience in managing and delivering to budget.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to develop and manage relationships at all levels of the company.
  • Continuous Learning: A mindset focused on continuous learning.
  • ServiceNow: Experience with ServiceNow is a desired.
