Position Title: Machine Operator - 1st or 2nd Shift

Machine Operator Responsibilities: - Perform typical machine operations to support production and shipping - Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor - Maintain work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations - Perform prescribed preventative maintenance on machines - Perform deburring, molding bench operations and inspection Requirements for Machine Operator: - High School Diploma - Previous production experience in a manufacturing setting preferred - Mechanical and electrical skills - Ability to lift up to 50lbs - Ability to read blueprints and schematics preferred - Ability to utilize computer platforms to access work instructions - Ability to read, speak and comprehend English - Ability to perform critical thinking and problem solving - Ability to perform simple math and measurements - Strong attention to detail QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
