Dynamic Ratings is seeking an ERP Program Director Team to lead the implementation, optimization, and management of our enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. This role requires strategic leadership, project management expertise, and deep technical knowledge to ensure seamless integration of ERP solutions with business objectives.

As the ERP Program Director, your key responsibilities will be:



  • Develop and execute an ERP strategy aligned with business goals.



  • Oversee the end-to-end ERP implementation lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, and execution.



  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define system requirements and ensure seamless integration across departments.



  • Lead cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, operations, and third-party vendors.



  • Manage risk, change management, and training initiatives to ensure smooth adoption.



  • Monitor system performance and drive continuous improvements for scalability and efficiency.



  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.



  • Provide executive-level updates on project progress, challenges, and outcomes.





To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:



  • BS in Business, IT, or related field; or the equivalent combination of education and work experience.

  • Proven track record of successful ERP implementations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday).



  • Strong understanding of business processes across finance, supply chain, HR, and other key functions.



  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.



  • PMP, ITIL, or ERP-specific certifications are a plus.
