Our innovative technology empowers utilities and industrial facilities to proactively manage their assets, minimize downtime, and optimize performance. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Sales Manager.

As the Global Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving the top line sales goals established by the company in the Americas and EMEA regions.

Responsibilities


  • Sales - The Global Sales Manager will manage the sales team and channel partners, facilitating the success of the regional Strategic Account Managers in reaching their sales targets.


  • Application Engineering -Lead the application engineering team in their creation of application designs and technical quotations & proposals which comply with customers' specific requirements, regulatory requirements, and DR's standard design methods.


  • Top Management Role - The GSM will help lead the business as a member of the top management team by collaborating to generate business growth plans that can be supported by the business, and facilitate the implementation of those plans.


  • Compliance - The GSM will develop and maintain ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 compliant procedures and systems for all processes within the sales team.



Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B technical product sales.
  • Proven management experience with a track record of strategic planning, ability to get results, and excellent leadership skills.
