We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead and execute HR strategic initiatives aimed at exploring and scaling new technologies, such as relationship intelligence solutions, Generative AI and digital collaboration tools. The successful candidate will integrate AI into employees' workflows to enhance productivity, creativity, and efficiency. By focusing on strengthening key relationships, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and supporting HR initiatives that align with our strategic vision, the Program Manager will prepare the organization for future changes and ensure business success.
About the role - you will:
- Explore and Scale New Technologies: Lead initiatives to explore, validate, and deploy new digital solutions across the employee life cycle in partnership with other HR Center of Excellence and key IT teams, including but not limited to HR AI use cases, Generative AI, and digital collaboration tools.
- Manage Strategic Projects: Oversee and manage key projects with cross-functional teams such as Relationship Intelligence, Organizational Network Analysis (ONA), and other projects within the HR digital roadmap.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Monitor industry trends and emerging digital solutions/technologies to ensure the organization remains competitive and prepared for future changes.
- Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Promote and facilitate collaboration across various departments to achieve common objectives.
About you:
- Curiosity and Innovation: Ability to explore, validate, and implement new digital solutions to drive employee productivity and efficiency. Experience with MS Teams, MS Viva, and MS 365 Copilot to enhance digital collaboration and productivity is desired.
- Program Management: Proven track record of successfully leading and executing projects from concept to implementation. Experience in change management and proven leadership skills.
- Relationship Building: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to promote and facilitate collaboration across various departments to achieve common objectives. Experience working effectively in a remote environment and managing cross-functional teams.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of HR technology trends and tools, and experience in driving digital transformation projects.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the organization remains competitive and prepared for future changes.
Your experience includes:
- Program management, focusing on leading-edge technology and HR initiatives
- Proven track record of successfully leading and executing digital transformations and strategic initiatives across the employee life cycle
- Excellent understanding of Generative AI, digital collaboration tools, and emerging digital solutions and experiences
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and manage cross-functional teams
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree and/or related experience
The estimated base salary range for this position is: $102,600.00 - $149,600.00. The individual salary is based on work location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education and training. Our first preference is for this resource to be located in either our Longmont, CO or Bloomington, MN sites in a Hybrid work structure.
