Responsible for managing Prime Healthcare's end user's IT hardware and software at the Corporate offices and Hospitals. This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining end user Hardware and Software to meet the Prime standards, as well as successful implementation of assigned projects. Identifying the risks and forming contingency plans. Keep up-to-date trends and developments. Liaising with team members, management, and end users to ensure projects are completed to standard. This position will also lead a team of IT Tech's.

Required qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
1. 3 or more years with managing IT hardware and software, performing configuration management, troubleshooting and R&D.
2. 3 or more years with Installation, monitoring and service of the desktop hardware, software and other end user peripherals.
3. 3 yeas expertise with Software and Hardware asset management and Inventory control.
4. Solid knowledge of Windows10 and complete Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
   

Preferred qualifications:

1. Microsoft or Cisco certification.
2. Experiences with managing and administering ITSM tools like Service Desk or Service Now.
