- Client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Architect to collaborate on the development and implementation of a comprehensive business architecture framework.
- This role will involve establishing a baseline of the current business architecture, identifying opportunities for improvement, and aligning processes with strategic goals.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, process optimization, and change management.
- Identify and document core business capabilities, processes, and information flows.
- Create a detailed map of all business units, their functions, and interdependencies.
- Evaluate existing tools and systems, their effectiveness, and alignment with business goals.
- Perform SWOT analysis for each BU to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
- Involve key stakeholders in workshops to gather insights and identify potential opportunities.
- Use data analytics to uncover hidden opportunities and trends within the business.
- Review current metrics and KPIs to ensure they align with business objectives and provide meaningful insights.
- Conduct value stream analysis to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Compare performance metrics against industry standards and best practices to identify gaps.
- Use Lean methodologies to identify and eliminate process waste (unnecessary steps, overproduction, waiting times).
- Implement automation tools to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
- Reallocate resources to high-value activities and eliminate non-value-adding tasks.
- Develop a clear operating model that outlines how the organization will function to achieve its strategic goals.
- Ensure that all processes and systems are aligned with the operating model and support the overall strategy.
- Implement a change management plan to guide employees through the transition and ensure buy-in.
- Identify and document all cost elements from acquiring a client to serving the client.
- Analyze key cost drivers and their impact on overall profitability.
- Develop and implement cost control measures to optimize spending and improve financial performance.
- Ensure that the framework aligns with client's go-to-market strategy, focusing on customer needs, competitive advantages, and market segmentation.
- Utilize client's integrated human capital management solutions to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Establish a continuous improvement culture to regularly review and refine the framework based on feedback and changing market conditions.

Required Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Management.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in business architecture, process optimization, and change management.
