Title: Administrator/Facility Director

Job Duties:Under the supervision of the Director of Operations, the Administrator/Facility Director directs and coordinates all aspects of the Center's overall program, including Program Services, Nursing Services, Administrative Department, Human Resources, Social Services, Therapeutic Recreation, and community relations. The Administrator/Facility Director ensures compliance with established policies and procedures of the overall program and timely completion of respective reporting requirements. The Administrator/Facility Director is responsible for informing appropriate staff of the applicable additions, deletions, and changes to the MHRC Regulations. The Administrator is also responsible for the maintenance of Quality Improvement activities to ensure compliance with current licensing and accrediting policies and regulations. In addition, the Administrator supports all disciplines in the development of a marketing strategy and efforts to network with existing potential referral sources.

Qualifications:



  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, RN, or a field related to mental health.
  • A minimum of five years in a clinical setting, at least one of which must have been in a mental health setting, and two or more years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Regulatory experience and knowledge of CARF standards and crisis stabilization criteria.
  • Experience in working with health care and mental health regulatory agencies.

About the campus: The 40-bed Selma MHRC's innovative programs are based on Crestwood's commitment to providing mental health clients with a continuum of care that puts them on the road to recovery. The mission of the Healing Center is to provide an alternative to traditional psychiatric care through collaboration, empowerment, a healing environment, peer providers, family partners, and a recovery-oriented milieu. The Healing Center provides the structure and support to promote stabilization and foster recovery. Our goal is to restore a sense of hope, self-empowerment, and realized recovery potential in each of our clients.

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.
Pay Range:
$150,000 $180,000 USD
