Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Unit Administrator/Specialist Casual for the Eagleton Institute of Politics.

Among the key duties of the position are the following:

  • Provides day to day support for the Rutgers Democracy Lab (RDL)
  • Processes and manages business transactions including requisitions through Marketplace Procurement systems.
  • Executes of student stipend process, start to end.
  • Coordinates travel arrangements and processes expense reimbursements through the Concur Travel and Expense Management System.
  • Assists in the coordination of onsite events.
  • Completes special projects for RDL as requested.

Qualifications


Minimum Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

  • Up to two years relevant experience in an administrative function.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, and computer literacy.
